Weekly Grief Care Group

A grief care group meets each Wednesday evening at 6:30 p.m. in the church Parlor, and is  offered to those who have experienced the loss of a spouse, sibling, parent, grandparent, significant other, etc.  The class facilitator has received extensive training as Stephen Ministers and has experienced a significant loss first hand.

Grief Care Classes

We extend an invitation to those who have experienced the death of a loved on to attend one of two Grief Care Classes. The purpose of both groups is to offer helpful information and a time of caring and sharing which leads to healing and hope. It is through the process of grief that we can help one another along the journey of life after the death of a loved one.

Our Grief Care Classes are dedicated to provide information about loss and grief combined with coping strategies that will be beneficial to help people along their journey. The meetings are confidential, and although we do not have all the answers about grief, we truly understand the devastation resulting in the loss of someone that we love. We are here to offer you compassion and support. Together we can endure the challenges that we face now and in the future as we hold fast to the memories of our loved one.
