May - Antiperspirant/Deodorant
Each month special we are asking our congregation to supply a special need for our food pantry clients. You may place the items in the shopping cart located in Disciple Hall.
All the Time – non parishable food, diapers, jelly jars, hygene items, etc.
In addition to the usual food and other supplies, we are also in need of shelf-stable milk, paper sacks and toilet tissue.

Financial Donations Requested:
Painting supplies for Costa Rica mission – Bethany Stitler will be taking spanish students to our sister church in Costa Rica for a cultural-exchange experience and painting of the church. Donations for painting supplies is requested.
Good Samaritan Fund – help Rogers County residence in crisis – Mark checks “Good Sam Fund.”
Millitary Support – A list of preferred supplies is on the Military Support table outside the library. Also, money goes toward creating care packages for active military and helping military families through difficult times – Mark checks “Millitary support.”
Children’s Center Building Fund – Our beautiful, active children’s is not yet paid for. To help with mortage payments mark your checks “Building Fund.”
HandyMan Team Chairperson

The FUMC Volunteer HandyMan team is in need of an organizing chairperson to manage and coordinate volunteers. We have a fund to support this ministry but it is in need of leadership. If you feel called to head up this much-needed ministry, please call Lauri in the church office for details. We also need team members in any of the following areas: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, yard and lawn care, or other handy skills. Thanks to those who support this great ministry!
Meals on Wheels
When: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 8 a.m. until noon

Meals on Wheels is in need of cooks, drivers, food and financial donations. Join a great team of people from throught the community who come together and serve about 80 shut-ins who are not able to fix meals for themselves. To some of these clients, their only contact with the outside world comes three times each week when their Meals on Wheels volunteer delivers their meals.
Meals on Wheels has lost four cooks in the past three weeks. If you are able to help, please call Jack or John at their numbers above.
